Knowledge management is a significant factor at TIQ Solutions in order to be successful in the market and it forms the basis of our consulting and development competence. The greater our knowledge in our respective fields of competence, the more our customers benefit from it. Therefore, knowledge management is a central component of our strategy and has been actively practised and promoted for many years.
Innovation management
Innovation is rarely a matter of chance. That's why we at TIQ Solutions have created a culture of innovation and internal innovation structures that make it possible to get the maximum performance out of projects and thus to always be at the cutting edge of topics, trends, methods and technologies, in order to ultimately become a little better every day.
Our Tools
Our areas of competence are strategically divided into the areas of Big Data, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. On the one hand, they serve to open up new subject areas and innovations. On the other hand, we want to use them to deepen and manifest existing knowledge. Every employee in our company is required to invest 20% of his or her working time in building up knowledge.
In our internal knowledge transfer formats, our employees exchange ideas on special topics. Here, we not only share valuable know-how, but also promote networking among employees. We also hold meetups on data analytics topics at regular intervals.
Researching new technologies and applying them in projects is an important topic for us in order to offer our customers not only a suitable solution, but also one that is fit for the future. Cooperation partners here include the Institute for Applied Computer Science at the University of Leipzig and the ScaDs. At the University of Leipzig, we participate in the implementation of projects and final theses for students, especially in the field of data science. This allows students to gain practical insights into the work of data evaluation and analysis at an early stage.
