General

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, house address, e-mail address, phone number) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws. The following provisions describe the type, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and utilizing personal data. This data privacy policy applies only to our web pages. If links on our pages route you to other pages, please inquire there about how your data are handled in such cases. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis.

Cookies

To optimize our web presence, we use cookies. These are small text files stored in your computer’s main memory. These cookies are deleted after you close the browser. AnonymizeIP

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIP()”, IP addresses being truncated before further processing in order to rule out direct associations to persons.

Google-Maps

This website uses the map service Google Maps via API. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the functions of Google Maps storage of your IP address is required. This information will usually be transferred to, and stored on, a server in the USA. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transmission.

Server-Log-Files

For the technical reasons, data such as the following, which your internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider (so called server log files), is collected:

Facebook

We use social plug-ins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins can be recognized by way of the Facebook logo or the supplement “Facebook Social Plug-in”. For example, if you click on the “Like” button or leave a comment, the relevant information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Google+

Our pages use functions of Google+. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Collection and disclosure of information: Use the Google+ button to publish information worldwide. The Google+ button gives you and other users personalized content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you have given +1 for a content and information about the page that you viewed when you clicked +1. Use of Information Collected: In addition to the uses described above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with the applicable Google Privacy Policy. LinkedIn

Our website uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Every time you visit one of our pages that contains functions of LinkedIn, a connection to LinkedIn’s servers is established. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the “Recommend button” of LinkedIn and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn is able to associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. We point out that we as provider of the pages have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and their use by LinkedIn.

Xing

Our website uses functions of the XING network. The provider is XING AG, Dammtorstrasse 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Every time you access one of our pages that contains XING functions, a connection to XING servers is established. To our knowledge, personal data will not be stored. In particular, no IP addresses are stored or the usage behavior is evaluated.

AddToAny – Bookmark & Share

This website offers the possibility to share content in social services via the service AddToAny. Data is collected only when these services are accessed by you. Since you can use these services only if you have a user account there and need to log in with your access data. Then the responsibility is no longer with us from this point, because the creation of user accounts, ie the membership of social services, requires your consent of the respective Privacy Policy. The AddToAny service does not store any personal data according to their privacy policy. TIQ Solutions also receives no data from AddToAny or data resulting from the use of the Share buttons. AddToAny provides an opt-out opportunity for a large number of ad networks. You can do the opt-out directly via this link.

SSL-Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. An encrypted connection indicates that the browser’s address line changes from “http: //” to “https: //” and the lock icon in your browser line.

If the SSL encryption is activated, the data you send to us can not be read by third parties.

Contact form (except contact form for online application)

If you send us requests by means of a contact form, your information from the contact form, including the contact details provided there, will be stored in our CRM-System for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for the case of connection questions.  We process your personal data (e.g. name, addresses), contact data (e.g., e-mail, telephone numbers), data which may be the subject of a future contract (e.g., subject of contract, term). We do not process special categories of personal data, unless these are components of a commissioned processing. Affected parties include our customers, interested parties and their customers, users, website visitors or employees as well as third parties. The purpose of the processing consists in the processing of inquiries, the provision of contractual services and support services. The legal basis of the processing results from art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (contractual services), art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (analysis, statistics, optimization, security measures). We process data which are necessary for the justification and fulfilment of enquiries and contractual services and point out the necessity of their disclosure. Disclosure to external parties shall only take place if it is necessary within the framework of an order. When processing the data provided to us within the framework of an order, we shall act in accordance with the instructions of the customer and the statutory requirements for order processing pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO and shall not process the data for purposes other than those specified in the order.

We delete the data after expiry of statutory warranty and comparable obligations. The necessity of storing the data is reviewed every three years; in the case of statutory archiving obligations, deletion takes place after their expiry (6 years, in accordance with § 257 para. 1 HGB, 10 years, in accordance with § 147 para. 1 AO). In the case of data which has been disclosed to us by the client within the scope of an order, we delete the data in accordance with the specifications of the order, in principle after the end of the order.

Contact form for online application

By using the online application function, you agree that the personal data provided by you via the form (including e-mail address and, if applicable, telephone number) may be stored by TIQ Solutions GmbH and used for processing your application. The passing on of this data to third parties is excluded. You can revoke this consent at any time to TIQ Solutions GmbH.

We only collect the data absolutely necessary for the application process and assure you a purposeful and careful use of your data. In doing so, we observe the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After completion of the application process your data will be deleted from our system.

Your data is transmitted to our server in encrypted form and is protected against unauthorized access, manipulation and loss on our systems.

Google reCAPTCHA

In order to ensure sufficient data security during the transmission of forms, in certain cases we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. This is primarily used to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or whether it is misused by mechanical and automated processing. The service includes the transmission of the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The differing data protection provisions of Google Inc. apply here. Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we require your email address as well as information which allows us to check that you are the owner of the provided email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We use those data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not transmit them to third parties.

Permission given for the storage of the data and the email address, as well as their use for the purpose of sending the newsletter, can be withdrawn at any time via the “Unsubscribe”-link within the newsletter.

Information, deletion and blocking
